These nominations celebrate innovation, design excellence and the positive contribution each project has made to the urban environment.
Solis

The Urban Developer Awards are Australia’s largest independent awards program for the property and urban development industry. With a national and global audience of professionals,including developers, architects, planners and investors, the awards celebrate excellence across 24 categories, from design and innovation to leadership and sustainability.
The winners will be announced at a gala dinner in July 2025 as part of The Urban Developer’s flagship Urbanity conference on the Gold Coast.
