Completed in March 2026, Eden a 142-apartment development, is located at the gateway to the Blue Mountains and responds to its natural surroundings through its signature cascading planter box façades, forming a vertical “Garden of Eden.” This distinctive feature integrates greenery into the built form, achieved through close collaboration between architectural, structural, and hydraulic disciplines. The project overcame significant site constraints, including a major stormwater canal and revised flood planning levels, through innovative civil and structural solutions. These interventions not only resolved technical challenges but enhanced the relationship between the development and its environment, delivering landscaped connections, pedestrian pathways, and activated outdoor spaces. Launched in mid-2021, Eden achieved exceptional market success through a targeted campaign in partnership with the Penrith Panthers Leagues Club. The project set new pricing benchmarks for the region, with penthouses selling for $2.2 million, while maintaining accessibility with entry-level apartments from $420,000. It was a complete sell-out, with approximately 95% of purchasers from within the Penrith LGA, reflecting strong local confidence.
A defining feature is the 1,000m² wellness precinct — a first-of-its-kind offering in Western Sydney — featuring a magnesium pool, spa, saunas, gym, and communal spaces designed to foster connection and wellbeing across all four towers.
